If you have special sized bedding that does not conform with the regular sizes found in New Zealand and Australia we can custom make you products to your size specifications. Any of the products listed on our website can be custom made for you.
CUSTOM MADE ORDER PROCESS
Please contact carl@hefel.co.nz with your enquiry. Upon receipt of your enquiry a quote will be submitted for your consideration. Once a quote is accepted payment is required in full before the order can be made. Once payment is received your order will be made in the HEFEL factory in Austria. Delivery of your order will take between 5-7 weeks and we will update you with the progess and the expected delivery date. As custom made orders are unique they can not be cancelled once the production of your order has started.
