When do you ship orders in New Zealand?

We ship orders Monday through Friday and we'll try our best to get your order shipped out ASAP (within 2 - 7 business days) for items that are in stock in our warehouse. During sale events and promotions, please allow up to 4 extra business days for us to get your order out. Our standard shipping option (Courier Post) takes about 2-7 business days. For items that are in stock with our supplier these will be shipped out in around 5 weeks and we will send you an update on the progress of your order.

Your parcel will require a signature when being delivered. If you are not at home during the day we advise you to get your order delivered to your workplace. If the delivery agent attempts to deliver your order and you are not there they will leave a card to call. It is your responsibility to call the delivery agent and organize to collect your order at the location they advise within 14 days of receiving the card to call. If you do not collect your order within 14 days it will be returned to us and you will have to pay a delivery charge to have your order re-delivered.

Where do you ship in New Zealand?

We ship our bedding using CourierPost and PBT Transport throughout New Zealand.

ORDERS IN AUSTRALIA & THE PACIFIC ISLANDS

HEFEL OFFERS A FLAT RATE OF $50.00 FOR SHIPPING ON ORDERS TO AUSTRALIA & $30.00 FOR ORDERS TO THE PACIFIC ISLANDS. Please note that international shipping charges are not inclusive of any duties or tax that may apply and for which the recipient of the goods is responsible for.

In Australia and the Pacific Islands we ship our bedding using NZ Post International Courier which is tracked or Tracked Air Freight through our international freight company DSV.

Yes, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number shortly after we ship.
